Lemon Juice, 1/4 Cup
Granulated Sugar, 1 Cup
Cream Cheese, 2 Blocks
Croissant Dough, 2 Cans
Unsalted Butter, 4 Tablespoons

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 blocks cream cheese
  • 2 cans croissant dough
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter

 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Frease 9x13 pan and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mix together the lemon juice and sugar until combined.
  3. In a greased pan, put one of the two cans of croissant dough in the bottom. Pour cream cheese mixture on top and spread evenly. After cream cheese is spread evenly, place second croissant dough on top. Brush with butter and sprinkle with sugar.
